1. Drink and food
If you like to diarrhea go away quickly, its very iportant to break your meals down into 7 or 8 times. You need to eat a small ammount of food.
Similarly, instead of drinking an entire glass of water or fluid all at once, it is very important to take small sips every few minutes.
2. What food should i eat ?
For diarrhea is very good to consume bland foods like banana, rice, apples, toast and yoghurt. From meat you can eat only chicken. Crackers and butter less mashed potatoes are bland enough to consume, as well.
If you think diarrhea has come from food poisoning eat burnt toast.
3. What food is bad for diarrhea
When you have diarrhea is very important to know what not to eat.
On the left side we have picture from food you dont need to eat like: Foods with a high fat content like burgers baken and similar. The diary products like milk, cheese, spicy food, caffeine, alcohol, gum with laxative are also very bad for diarrhea.
4. Go to bed and Rest
When resting your body is more powerfull and have the opportunity to fight off any virus responsible for your diarrhea.
