2. Stick to bland diet
You need to eat small portions of bland food like banana, rice, apple or toast.
Instead of eating 2 or 3 times meals a day. Now you can eat small portions into 7 or 8 daily meals. You can also eat a small amount of soup.
3. Ginger or peppermint
Settle your stomach with tea from ginger or peppermint. Both of these plants have properties known to soothe and regulate irritated bowels causing diarrhea.
If you followed these 3 steps diarrhea needs to be cured for about 24 hours.
1. Drink water
To stop diarrhea fast you need to drink water and other fluids in every 5 minutes for 1 or 2 sips. You dont need to drink a full glass of water, you need to drink slowly. You need to back those minerals back with fluids.
