When we have diarrhea we need to consume bland foods like banana, rice, apples, toast and yoghurt. From meat you can eat only chicken. Crackers and butter less mashed potatoes are bland enough to consume, as well.

If you think diarrhea has come from food poisoning you need to eat burnt toast.

Settle your stomach with tea from ginger or peppermint. Both of these plants have properties known to soothe and regulate irritated bowels causing diarrhea.

Dont forget break your meal in 7-8 portions it is very ipmortant for diarrhea to eat in small ammounts.
